My main contact will be from my email:
When you commission me, you hereby give me permission to post any commission onto my social media and onto my website.
For mailing, the prices would include the cost of shipment and packaging. Each mailed artwork will be covered by the commissioner and pricing will vary on a case by case basis. Shipping will be $7+, depending on size of artwork, based on UPS shipping estimate. I will be very clear about the costs upfront. If you are local, I can meet at a specified location to drop off painting. I will meet anywhere within 25miles of my home location- further locations will have to be shipped.
I require half payment (deposit) through PayPal upon agreeing to do the commission and approve of the sketch, and take the other half upon completion of commission. With any commission, you are allowed four (4) changes to the commission, whether that be color pallette, pose, changes to additional characters, etc. After four (4) changes, each change will be an additional $20. If you the buyer back out of the commission at any time after half-payment, no refund will be issued.
Commissioner will be required to provide refernces to specific poses or characters. I will update you through the process of creating the artwork, from sketch to completion through email. Digital artwork will be sent through email upon completion.
If you request any commission, please allow 1-4+ days depending on medium used. Watercolor and digital paintings take 1-4 days to complete, while oil painting takes longer. When you choose to commission me for an oil painting, be prepared for the time it takes in order to paint the artwork and for the artwork to dry. Depending on size, it could take from 1-5+ days to paint plus drying time, which can take upwards from 2 days to a week. I ensure that the painting is top quality and is thoroughly dry before mailing or when it goes to the commissioner. Some paintings might take several more days to dry, depending on oil paint formula, but I will let update about when it has completed drying and I have put varnish on it.
I have the right to refuse any commission I see fit. Whether it be because I feel my skills are unable to capture your image or if it is something I am not comfortable in doing. What I will and won't do will be listed in commissions, designated by a plus (+) for will do and a minus (-) for won't do. I will also alert you if I cannot finish the commission in any way. This is the only time you will be refunded.
